Cold buttermilk soup

I just love the season for cold buttermilk soup.
This one I made with blueberry.
The recipe is:{ 1 l buttermilk, 1 squeezed lemon, sugar and frosen blueberry}
(I used 200 g.) uhmmm... which summer dish is your favourite?
